VENDORS FRIDAY SETUP 2025

Vendor Setup Instructions – WestFest 2025

All vendors must enter the event area via the Woodbine side of Glenmore Avenue. Please proceed down Glenmore and stop at the YELLOW TENT (B), where a volunteer will check you in and escort you to your assigned location.

To keep the setup process running smoothly, please park vehicles on the opposite side of the road to maintain a clear travel lane throughout load-in.

If you are bringing a trailer or food truck, we will contact you separately to coordinate early access before the roads are barricaded. Vendor contact will begin Monday, June 16th.

Do not drive into the event area without first speaking to a volunteer.

🔴 Important: All vehicles must be removed from the event setup area by 4:30 PM on Friday. Once the main barricade is in place, vehicle access will not be possible. After the event each day, no vehicles will be allowed in the area for at least 30 minutes.

Setup Hours:

  • Friday: 1:30 PM – 4:30 PM

  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM

  • Sunday: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM
